50 Handstand press ups
50 toes to bar
50 Calorie assault bike
50 Dumbbell box step - overs
50ft. Right-arm dumbbell overhead lunge
50-ft. Left-arm dumbbell overhead lunge
Dumbbells: 2x 50/35lb*
*For the step ups only, you aren’t expected to carry two dumbbells in your right hand and lunge them 50ft across the gym… although that would be funny to watch!
