For those of you looking for something very cool to do on Friday morning then there is a zoom class taking part with a hole bunch of awesome folk doing the hero workout Chad.
Chad is the husband of a very good friend of mine, Sara. He unfortunately committed suicide due to unknown and undiagnosed PTSD, the year before last.
This workout was created by Dave Castro in his honour and was completed by hundreds of people all over the world.
Why not show your support and get after it. Some of you will actually know Sara, she has been to the box before and has trained under our roof. For those of you who can, the zoom class will start at 10:00.
