5 rounds of, complete as many reps as possible within 1 minute of:
Echo bike calories
Medicine ball cleans (20/14lbs)
Toes to bar
Wall balls (20/14lbs)
Double unders

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the bike where each calorie is one point.

I am writing this on Saturday afternoon, waaaaay more nervous about my hang over than I was the workout this morning.

I’d like to congratulate you all for such a legit showing, I mean only those of you suffering with stinking hangovers already actually fucked it up.
You all must have been practicing your 2 for 1 wall balls too! I mean Sammy B was moving so quickly it looked like she wasn’t squatting between the reps!
