30/25 Calorie assault bike*
10 Burpee box jump over (24/20”)
Rest 5 minutes between rounds
*Bike calories reduce by 5 each round

For 5 rounds, every 1:30 minutes
1 Hang power snatch
2 Overhead squats
For 5 rounds, every 1:30 minutes
1 Snatch

2 Split jerks
