Well I did try and tell ya hey! A five minute workout that genuinely makes you feel sick for 10 times that long… it’s the power of CrossFit.

A longer workout for you to pace tomorrow.

CrossFit Cardiff WoD
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible within 20 minutes of:
75 Double unders
25 Wall balls (20/14lbs)
15 Toes to bar

Specialty
Squat snatch
3 - 3 - 3 - 3

Overhead squat
5 - 5 - 5 - 5

Hump day and with a MASSIVE bang! This workout will likely sting, just a little!

50 Double unders
5 Deadlifts (140/100kg)
10 Handstand push ups

Get those rounds and reps up to the whiteboard please legends…

You lot are billy bonkers, and actually want hero workouts all the time. Even expressing disappointment when there wasn’t five in a row! Just be extremely careful what you wish for! ;-)

Even though it isn’t, you’ll think that tomorrow’s workout is a hero! Good luck!

Finally instalment prior to the weekend.

If you lot are interested, Eric Roza (the new owner of CrossFit) put out a pretty cool “Community Town Hall” (essentially a brief of what has happened recently and what is new to come), some communications from the horses mouth. Information for the direction that the company is going in. If you have been involved for any length of time, you will understand that this is a big deal, the first time I’ve ever seen it happen.

Within 10 minutes, complete as many reps as possible of:
15 Burpees
50 Double unders
Rest 5 mins
Within 10 minutes, complete as many reps as possible of:
10/7 Calorie assault bike
10 Dumbbell snatch (50/35lbs)

Please get both AMRAP scores up to the whiteboard and head out for a boozy Friday night…
