You lot are billy bonkers, and actually want hero workouts all the time. Even expressing disappointment when there wasn’t five in a row! Just be extremely careful what you wish for! ;-)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
75 Double unders
50 Wall balls (20/14lbs)
25 Kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
