WoD - Thursday 26th July, 2017

Well that STOH got heavy fast, really fast! Rockstar efforts everywhere! Lots of folk pushing themselves with regards to weight and Sarah kicking ass at the 7pm class with her new found, slick as you like, double unders! 

Keep up that momentum Sarah, legend!

Athlete must complete 4 burpees on the minute, every minute, as well as at the beginning, prior to their first thruster.

Loading 95/65lbs (42.5/30kg)

Congratulations to Team CrossFit Yas for podiuming on third first appearance at the CrossFit games. What an effort!  

And now to last night, thank you to Hendy for donating your house to drunken debortuary, it was awesome but guess what happens when you hire hot tubs...things get messy!!

150 Wall Balls (20/14lbs) 

EMOM 10 SDHP (35/25kg)

On completion of the wall balls, run 1 mile.

WOD - Friday 18th September

Tomorrow we take on a well known CrossFit workout, but with a Partner Twist.

Partner Fight Gone Bad!

3 Rounds of:

  • Wall Balls (20lbs/14lbs)
  • SDHP (35kg/25kg)
  • Box Jumps 20"
  • Push Press (35kg/25kg)
  • Row (Calories)

Each partner alternates a minute on each station, one minute on and one minute off. As a pair you will accumulate as many reps as possible over the five stations for a total of 3 rounds.

You will forego the usual minutes rest at the end of the round since you will be resting every other minute anyway.  The workout will therefore last 10 minutes a round and 30 minutes in total.
