Guess what. It turns out that having three days off, on each drinking yourself into such a state that makes it physically impossible to locate the toilet door and therefore escape your darkened prison, resorting to sleeping it off in the bath is not the best preparation for 20.5 followed shortly afterwards by the Remembrance Workout. Shock horror.

Anyway…

For 4 Rounds: in 90 secs 
20/15 Calorie assault bike
Max effort ring dips
Rest 4 and half minutes between rounds

This coming weekend sees the gym closed for a kick ass CrossFit L1 Seminar and so there will be no classes on Saturday, nor open gym on Sunday.
However, the gym will be open for a Team WoD on Sunday evening at 18:00 (6pm to the uninitiated) The class will be an hour, allowing you to get home in time for your Sunday evening influx of Sir Attenborough.
Come along and kick your hang overs into touch in style!
