Run 1 mile
Then, 5 rounds of:
20 Pull ups
4 Bodyweight squat cleans
20 Burpees
Then, run 1 mile
Where a 10/7kg weighted vest for the running

You have the dude who is Jonny Davies of CrossFit 179 to thank for my inspiration behind tomorrow’s workout. It is possible but it F’ing hurts.

NO re-setting the bike monitor, none. Accumulate calories and do everything you can to hit that magic number. My advice to you would be to not do 45 calories in the first round, but… if you choose to make your bed that way then get ready to not sleep very well! 😳

Working for 2 minutes
Resting for 2 minutes:
35 Double unders
Max calorie bike
Repeat until 600/500 calories or 10 rounds are complete. These are you go, I go intervals.

Inspiration for this workout has come from CrossFit 179, an affiliate in Swansea, owned by a good friend and particularly sadistic bastard. I have just adjusted it slightly to be that little bit worse!

For time: 
2 - 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 12 - 14 - 16 - 18 - 20
20 - 18 - 16 - 14 - 12 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2
Kettlebell Swings (32/24kg)
Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
