Complete as many rounds and reps as possible within 4 minutes of:
15/12 Echo bike calories
20 GHD sit-ups
25 Kettlebell swings (24/20kg)
Rest 4 minutes between rounds, repeat for 4 rounds. Carry on where you finished.
