Tuesday we lunged: partial range of motion of the knee and hip
And so we can squat!
Don’t worry though, it’s a moderate load and only short!

1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 etc
2 - 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 etc of:
Overhead squats (70/50kg)
Bar facing burpees
Get after it hard, let your legs tell you when to slow down…
