Within 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
10 Sit ups
8 Push press
10 Box jumps (24/20”)

Loading
Barbell: 50/35kg
Dumbbell: 2x50/35lbs
Kettlebell: 2x214/16kg
Rucksack: 24/20”

If you don’t have a box to jump on, try the stairs. If you deem it to be too risky to jump on the stairs, step up instead. Totally cool.
