100%! If only allowing you to make that apple genius bar appointment by sprinting 5,000m across Cardiff, not caring about looking like a complete muppet as you’re running so fast folk barely see!

Wall balls (20/14lbs)*
Toes to bar*
Run 400m following each round of wall balls.
Perform 50 double unders after each round of TTB.
