5 Double dumbbell hang clean and jerk (50/35lbs) (Each arm if using one)
10 Double dumbbell squats (50/35lbs - racked however)
20 Ab mat sit ups

2x24/16kg kettlebells
1x50/35lbs dumbbells
1x24/16kg kettlebells
1 Rucksack

Warm up
3 Rounds of:
50 Star jumps
10 Burpees
30s Plank hold
