Sooooo sorry about the Tabata thing...... 

Anyway, as many of you turn your attention to the impending announcement of 16.2 I’m sure you’ll be looking to take a tactical rest day tomorrow......  Before you do that, consider the following.  

.....and get down the box for something that won't hurt your 16.2 chances and may even improve them.

a) Establish a 1 RM Front Squat

b) Run 1 Mile for Time.
