It’s nearly fricking June…what the hell is happening to this year? The good news is though that it seems to be sunny waaaay more often and with the highly expensive, difficult to get to light bulbs that we have which keep blowing, the great news is that we have some kick arse natural sunlight!

And, with that sunshine powering your MASSIVE glutes, you won’t be deterred with the volume of heavy arsed sqwaaaaats that you have to tomorrow. Enjoy the stairs on Thursday!

Now that you lot have finished monkeying around, we can get back to some hard fitness! Just kidding. Anyone else's forearms feel just like Ash's normally do on a lonely Sunday night? ;-) 

Tomorrow we have a cheeky two-parter for you. Get some load moving and then get really sweaty with something a little lighter. Enjoy you ninjas!
