Welcome to a new week. Massive congratulations to Tuva for completing her CrossFit L2 this weekend. She has promised that once she is back from SA that she is going to coach every class at CrossFit Cardiff for two weeks, so that Nicole and I can go on an extended holiday. I thought it was very nice of her myself.
