So so you legends, as of Thursday of this week we are switching the focus of specialty to weightlifting and snatching specifically.
Meaning that going forwards we will develop gymnastics on Tuesday and weightlifting on Thursday. Get right after it!
We are also mixing it up a little on Tuesday, HSPUs for a while.
