Yep, man that hurt! Two simple movements, light load and fast. Very, very painful!! But, the most amount of fun that you can have with your clothes on!

You will get a little bit of relief tomorrow, kind of…safety in numbers ish. A slower paced movement, a lot more technically demanding…almost as challenging as PUTTING THE KETTLEBELLS AWAY CORRECTLY!!!! 😉

CrossFit Cardiff Partner Workout
3 Rounds for time of:
8 Turkish get ups (R - arm)
8 Turkish get ups (L - arm)
4 Rope climbs
400m Run
Kettlebell load: 24/16kg

In this workout one athlete will begin the on the TGUs and the other on the rope climbs. Once each has completed their movements they will switch.
Upon completion of all TGUs and rope climbs, both athletes will run together.
