It’s close team, the end of the week. I can sense some distension between the ranks, sore muscles and repeated battering at the hands of Davs and CrossFit Cardiff are like a gigantic morale hoover, leaving nothing but DOMs in its wake.
You’re fine though! You can power through! The weekend is nearly upon us! And you have the easiest workout of the week coming at you tomorrow, you’re going to love it!
