Part A - Every minute on the minute for 15 mins: 

  • 1 hang squat snatch

Part B - for time: 

  • 30  - 20 -  10 
  • Overhead lunge  
  • Pull ups  

the lunges will be performed on the spot stepping back to simulate a walking lunge.
