Why is it that it always seems to rain when we programme running.  I mean, running sucks enough already......Still, the smell of the fish and chip shop on the hill always makes the run a little more bearable. 

Tomorrow we get our ropes out!

  • 100-75-50-25 Double Unders
  • 25-20-15-10 Thrusters (35kg/25kg) 

Try to pace yourself on the DU and go unbroken on the Thrusters.  Get that in your minds and stick to if you can
