CrossFit Cardiff Partner WoD
A: Within 15mins establish a max load clean and jerk. Both athletes have as many times to lift as they like.
Score is the combined maximum load.
B: For time:
60 Clean and Jerks (60/40kg) EMOM 5 Burpees
Reps can be partitioned anyway, although only one athlete can perform C&Js at any one time. Both athletes must complete the 5 burpees every minute.
