During the latter half of this workout, the last time I did it, I screamed...it's fun! Reebok CrossFit Cardiff

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20mins of:

5 Thrusters (95/65lbs) 7 Hang Power Cleans (95/65lbs) 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65lbs)
