Reebok CrossFit Cardiff WOD: A: Gymnastic goat work - either pistols or handstands, practice for 10 mins

B: OMEM for 10 minutes: 2 x Snatches @ 70% 1RM (these do not need to be touch and go, reset between reps)

C: 5 RFT: 12 Push Press (60kg/40kg) 20 Box Jumps (24"/20")
