Now this workout is going to be a challenge, but…it’s better to get the thing done sooner rather than later. Like taking off a plaster or a strip of wax when you’ve donated your chest hair to a charitable cause…off in one, deal with the suck!

50 Double unders
Max burpee box jumps (24/20”)
Rest 4 minutes between rounds
