WoD - Tuesday 16th February, 2021
As a head’s up, so that you have all the time and none of the excuses, you will need a weighted rucksack for Wednesday’s workout. Don’t go crazy, around 15kg for the lads and 10kg for the ladies.
It will be loads of “fun” and you do not want to miss out!

20 Dumbbell OH walking lunges (L - arm)
40 Double unders
20 Dumbbell OH walking lunges (R arm)

Dumbbells: 50/35kg
Rucksack: 20/15kg
