Respects paid and everyone has learnt that running a 400m with a plate sucks massively! How easy is it to add difficulty to something, here…just carry this.
Tomorrow the time may decrease but that really just means that the pace increases! The rep ranges are intentionally low, loading light, meaning that you can all move with speed!

10 Box jumps (24/20”)
12 Push press (45/35kg)
