PBs and wobbly butts everywhere! Awesome work! 

Tomorrow we test strength under fatigue.

 CrossFit Cardiff WoD

 A: Within 5mins complete an AMRAP of:

10 Burpees

20 air squats

B: Within 5mins:

Set a 1RM snatch

Within 5mins complete an AMRAP of:

10 TTB

20 air squat

There is no rest between AMRAPs, just a 15min continuously clock.
