WOD - Monday 5th June
5 Rounds of:
2 Minutes work followed by 2 minutes rest.
At the start of each 2 minutes work period perform
- 50 Double Unders
- 10 Deadlift
- AMRAP Power Cleans in the remaining time.
Barbell Rx load is 70kg/50kg
