Complete in a circuit style format for max reps:

  • 1 minute handstand push ups  
  • 1 minute kettle bell swings (32/24)
  • 1 minute GHD sit ups 
  • 1 minute row for calories  

Rest 2 minutes then repeat for a total of 3 round.
