- 8 Squat cleans (90/65)
- 6 Squat cleans (100/70)
- 4 Squat cleans (110/75)
- 2 Squat cleans (120/80)
You may recognise this from the Crossfit Games. If you don't recognise it, it's probably because you had drank 1 to many of Hendys special cocktails!
