Hope your legs arn't feeling to bad (or your head if you were drinking while watching rugby instead of SQUATING!)  

Its Fiday tomorrow and that can only mean one thing. . .  

In pairs complete 10 rounds for time of:

  • 250m row
  • 20 wall balls  
  • 10 pull ups  

(complete 5 rounds each relay style)
